Frequently asked questions

What does it cost, and does it renew?
$200 AUD for 3 months, or $70 AUD for 14 days. Each is a single payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you buy a second pass while one is live, it starts when the first one ends.
Can I sit the same scenario again?
Yes, as often as you like while your pass is live — a repeat is an ordinary sitting and counts against the usage limit like any other. Each one is marked on its own, so you can sit a scenario, read the feedback, and sit it again to see whether the changes landed.
What is the refund policy?
If the service is not what you expected, ask within 20 days of purchase and we will refund the pass. Use the contact button in the corner of any page.
Is the free scenario really free?
Yes — one full scenario, no credit card. It is the scenario we mark free in the catalogue, and it is a full one: same timing, same scorecard and transcript as a paid scenario. A pass is what opens the rest. An account is needed because each scenario is live voice audio that costs us money to run.
What is the usage limit?
Every scenario in the catalogue, as often as you like, for as long as your pass runs — and up to 20 scenarios per rolling 24 hours, one at a time. The limit exists so a single login cannot be shared or scripted; it is well above what a candidate sits in a day.
Can a person review my scenario?
Yes, as an optional add-on: $49 AUD for one scenario, requested from your scorecard after you have sat it. A ClinicalVitals reviewer reads your transcript and returns written feedback, usually within 5 days. It is a one-off charge for that scenario and is separate from any pass. It is educational feedback, not official marking.

Terms

Expiry. A pass runs from the moment of purchase for its stated period, then ends. Buying a second pass while one is live adds it on afterwards rather than replacing it.
